Louisville's FIRST Indoor Cycle Studio!

A whole new concept of fitness is introducing itself to the Louisville area with Still Spinnin' indoor cycle studio opening on December 6th in the Highlands on Bardstown Road. Founded by entrepreneur and cycle expert Steve Duncan, Still Spinnin' introduces a cutting edge fitness idea to Louisville. "Once you go through one of my sessions, you will never want to go back to your normal workout. The results definitely will speak for themselves," said Duncan, who has years of experience with indoor cycling and helping people shed those unwanted pounds. Indoor Cycling is a new trend promoting great cardiovascular fitness along with a fun way of burning calories.

Another beautiful asset to the studio is the full three wall mirage of the entire Louisville skyline, "As you take a ride with the music going and the ambiance, you feel like you are riding through the city of Louisville with the top down," said Gerald Palmer, a good friend of Duncan's.

The studio showcases state of the art LIVESTRONG brand cycle bikes and the specialized sessions will actually have a DJ spinnin music live to the workout. Duncan has been a cycle instructor for years and introduced the concept of synchronized cycling to the tempo of his upbeat music collection. It became such a hit that his classes had a waiting list and people in lines before they even started.

Steve Duncan has been teaching the art of indoor cycling for almost five years. He has shared his elite instruction with all types of fitness oriented people ranging from world class athletes to the casual person just trying to get back into shape and shed the unwanted pounds.

His craft has been deemed by other industry professionals as "unique," "breakthrough," and "trend-setting." Coupled with his customized and upbeat music selection tailored especially for his indoor cycling classes, the sessions have truly become known more as an experience as opposed to a regular, dull workout.
